This summer, the area between Como and Tremezzina invites residents and visitors to explore a cultural itinerary that weaves together art, history, science, and nature. A journey designed to be experienced with curiosity and calm.
There are six exhibitions currently open, each with its own identity, yet all connected like chapters of a single story. From the urban charm of Como’s historic exhibition spaces to the tranquility of Tremezzina, where natural landscapes blend with architecture and memory.

The Intimate World of Ugo Bernasconi
Until 14 September 2025 A poetic journey through the life and art of Ugo Bernasconi (1874–1960), featuring around fifty works including landscapes, portraits, and family scenes. The exhibition is enriched by a recent donation and includes pieces by Grubicy, Garbari, and Marussig. - Palazzo del Broletto, Como
Miniartextil 2025: Eternal Desire
9 August – 21 September The 34th edition of the international fiber art show presents 68 works from 11 countries. The theme “Eternal Desire” explores desire as a creative force through textiles, installations, and multimedia projects. - Tempio Voltiano, Como
Museum dedicated to Alessandro Volta
The only museum in the world entirely dedicated to a scientist, showcasing Volta’s instruments, documents, and personal items. A journey through scientific discovery and personal legacy, ahead of the bicentenary of his death in 2027.

The Duke’s Silver

To the women who are not allowed to fulfill their dreams!
Permanent installation in the park An artistic tribute by Maria Dompè to women denied the chance to pursue their dreams, inspired by Princess Carlotta. The work enhances a newly restored area of the botanical garden. - Museo del Paesaggio del Lago di Como, Tremezzina
In Praise of the Lake
Until 31 August A visual journey around Lake Como through prints from the 16th to 19th centuries, following historian Paolo Giovio’s route. Featuring views of villas and natural landmarks, with a final guided tour on 31 August at 4 PM.
