The Restyling of the Porada Showroom in Paris

The restyling of the Porada Showroom in Paris marks a new chapter for the Cabiate‑based brand, which returns to the French capital with a project that embraces a warmer, more contemporary aesthetic. Three years after its opening, the space on Boulevard Saint‑Germain has been completely renewed to express a vision of timeless elegance, craftsmanship and functional design.

Aligned with the flagship stores in New York and London, the new layout introduces softer atmospheres and a more immersive domestic feel. Deeper colours, textured walls, wallpapers and boiserie enrich the vertical surfaces, while a coordinated curtain system adds intimacy and continuity. As a result, the showroom in Paris by Porada becomes a sensory interpretation of the brand’s idea of home.

A project that redesigns the entire space

The intervention involves every area of the Porada space in Paris, where each room now plays a specific role. Some environments maintain continuity with previous installations, while others have been completely reimagined.

The french room becomes a contemporary office

The iconic French Room, recognisable by its mouldings, preserves its architectural charm but changes function. It now hosts an elegant office, centred around the Midì desk and complemented by Cuna High Back and Low Back chairs, giving the room a refined yet practical tone.

The annex transformed into a master suite

The annex has been entirely reinterpreted and now serves as the heart of the Porada Showroom in Paris. Conceived as a master bedroom, it showcases the brand’s woodworking expertise. The My Closet wardrobe, complete with an integrated desk area, forms the backdrop for the Ziggy Bed Soft. A Calin XL armchair creates a private relaxation corner within the suite.

The ground floor experience

Upon entering, visitors are welcomed into a lounge designed to convey the warm and sophisticated atmosphere of the Porada Home. A two‑seater Klem sofa pairs with a Callisto Brillo coffee table in the new greige lacquer, setting the tone for the entire visit.

To the right, a dining area features the Augusto table with a hexagonal base, surrounded by four Petra armchairs. Nearby, a cozy living space includes a Ronny sofa with chaise longue, two Bold side tables and a soft Goban rug that enhances the room’s tactile quality.

On the opposite side of the entrance, two Koji sofas face each other to form a second conversation area. A Ziggy coffee table and a Côte side table in Canaletta walnut complete the setting, highlighting the dialogue between natural materials and fine craftsmanship.

The lower level: new functions and new atmospheres

The lower floor has been completely redesigned. Visitors are welcomed into a dining room dominated by the Alan table with a Levanto red marble top, paired with Dione chairs and a Pebble sideboard. Next to the staircase, a small lounge with an Etienne two‑seater sofa and two Callisto tables offers an intimate pause between rooms.

The largest room on this level is dedicated to a reception lounge. Here, two Kirk sofas – reintroduced at the 2025 Salone del Mobile – are arranged in a conversational layout. Two Enook Brillo coffee tables, one fully lacquered in the new rouge brun finish, stand alongside Nodo coat racks and a Rami console, creating a harmonious ensemble that reflects the balance between design and craftsmanship that defines Porada.

A Manifesto of Porada’s Values

The renewed layout of the Porada Showroom in Paris becomes an even more incisive expression of the brand’s identity. It is a place where design becomes experience, material and narrative. Every environment is conceived to welcome and inspire architects, interior designers and design enthusiasts, offering an immersive journey into the Porada universe.
